
As we (hopefully) move towards cooler weather, this dish is perfect for breakfast.
Chai Croissant Pudding
4 croissants (sliced in 3 lengthways)
6 eggs
350ml milk
4 tbsp Gourmet Inspiration I Love Premium Chai Powder
1/2 cup caster sugar
Gourmet Inspiration Pumpkin Pie Spice
Place croissants in greased square baking dish, making sure the crusty tops are on the top. Combine eggs, milk, chai powder and sugar and pour over croissants, leave to absorb 1 hour or longer. Sprinkle liberally with Pumpkin Pie Spice, and bake in moderate oven for 20-25minutes, or until custard is set.
Serve hot as a breakfast dish with a drizzle of Gourmet Inspiration I Love Chai Syrup.
